ABOUT ME

Living in Austin, TX with my wife and two young daughters, I strive to find a balance between working hard, playing hard, and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family hiking, biking, stand-up paddle boarding and sailing whenever possible. I grew up in the great state of Michigan, went to college in St. Louis, MO, and lived in Chicago for 10 years…go Cubs!!

MY CAREER

A strategist and innovator with nearly 20 years of automotive retail and wholesale experience, I am passionate about helping independent auctions, consignors and dealer groups maximize wholesale profit and create a frictionless wholesale experience. I began my career at Accenture where I learned the value of identifying unmet customer needs and finding innovative ways to solve big problems. I have spent the past ~20 years in the automotive industry, learning both the retail and wholesale marketplaces. I feel fortunate to be a part of the quickly evolving automotive marketplace with so much innovation and change taking place.

FUN FACT

I am an avid sailor and racer, even though I struggle to find large bodies of water in Texas. I have raced in (7) Chicago to Mackinac sailboat races, a 333 mile race, the longest freshwater race in the world. And, I have only been rescued by the US Coast Guard twice!
